Stytrip currently ships exclusively within the United States.

Each order’s final shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, total order weight, and selected carrier/service level.

We currently ship using the following carriers:

• USPS (United States Postal Service)
• UPS (United Parcel Service)

🕒 Production & Processing Time

All Stytrip products are made to order.
Our standard production time is up to 10 business days before shipping.

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
• During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.

🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Shipping time begins after your order has been produced and shipped.

Delivery times may vary based on destination, weather, and carrier volume.

📮 Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

• Stytrip is not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• If a package is returned due to incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.

❓ Lost / Damaged Packages

Once a package is accepted by USPS or UPS, Stytrip is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

1. Take photos (if damaged)
2. Report the issue to the carrier

Whenever possible, Stytrip uses eco-friendly packaging materials and minimal packing waste to support a greener planet.

⏳ Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each order is custom-made, we can only accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.
After that time, production may have begun and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
