Refund/Returns Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Customer spelling/entry errors
• Size or color selection mistakes
• Late delivery due to shipping carriers
• Cancelled trips or events
• Change of mind

We DO offer replacement/refund if:

• We make an error in production
• Wrong item/color is shipped
• Verified manufacturing defect

Store credit may be offered for special cases at our discretion.
