Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Stytrip. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

Custom Orders & Approval

  • All orders are custom-made.
  • A mock-up will be emailed or messaged to you for approval before production begins.
  • Production begins only after your approval.
  • Any delay in approving the mock-up may delay production.

Customer Responsibility

You must review and verify:

  • Spelling & personalization details
  • Size and color selections
  • Design placement notes (front/back/etc.)

Stytrip is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Production Timeline

  • Standard production time: 10 business days after mock-up approval
  • Shipping time is not included
  • Rush services may be available for an additional fee

Shipping & Delivery

  • Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.
  • Stytrip is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
  • No refunds will be issued for late arrival due to shipping carrier delays.

Event/Trip Dates

  • Stytrip is not responsible if the item arrives after a trip/event date.
  • No returns or refunds for late arrival if the customer ordered too close to their event date.
  • No refunds if your trip/event is canceled.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all orders are final sale.

Refunds are only issued if Stytrip made an error such as:

  • Incorrect spelling (based on approved mock-up)
  • Wrong product or color sent
  • Production defect

Store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Design Policy

  • Each product includes 1 design + 1 logo
  • Extra logos/designs incur additional fees and require approval

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, USA. All disputes will be handled in Tennessee courts.
